Quote of the Day

I am opposing a social order in which it is possible for one man who does absolutely nothing that is useful to amass a fortune of hundreds of millions of dollars, while millions of men and women who work all the days of their lives secure barely enough for a wretched existence. – Eugene Debs

  1. But the problem I have found (maybe it’s an American problem?) is that the 99% are fantasizing about BEING that guy who amasses millions for doing nothing (a dollar and a dream!) as opposed to fantasizing — and working towards — decent food, clothing, shelter, education, lesisure time and the right to earn a decent living for all, themselves included. Your thoughts?
